Professional Broadcast Audio Visual & Multi Media

Background
The Department of General Services is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to procure Professional Broadcast, Audio Visual, and Multi-Media Equipment and Services.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary equipment and services to support various agencies in their audio-visual needs, including installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

Work Details
The contract will cover the outright purchase of Professional Broadcast, AV and Multimedia System Equipment, Accessories, Software, and Supplies. This includes equipment for video production, editing and post-production; digital still photography; video/audio signal processing; encoding; monitoring and testing; video routers and servers; digital asset management systems; digital signage; AV conference/training rooms; AV control systems; displays, monitors, projectors; acoustic and audio systems.

All equipment must be certified for professional use. Contractors must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or Authorized Resellers for certain types of equipment as specified in Appendix A. The contractor must provide a minimum discount on products offered under this contract.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is three years with options for two one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as required by various state agencies.
