Background
The Westmoreland County Election Bureau is seeking bids for the printing and furnishing of candidates' specimen ballots, official ballots, and election supplies for the Municipal Primary of 2025. This contract aims to ensure that all necessary voting materials are prepared and delivered on time to facilitate a smooth electoral process.

Work Details
The contract includes two groups of printed materials:

**Group I:**
- 1,150 bundles of 250 blank ExpressVote card stock, thermal heat-sensitive, white color, with specific dimensions and tolerances. Delivery to the Voting Machine Department by April 22, 2025.

**Group II:**
- **Democratic Specimen Voting Machine Ballots:** 2,504 in booklet form, with specific packaging instructions.
- **Republican Specimen Voting Machine Ballots:** 2,504 in booklet form, similarly packaged.
- **Official Democratic Provisional Ballots:** 5,980 total with candidates' names printed.
- **Official Republican Provisional Ballots:** 8,060 total with candidates' names printed.
- **Emergency Paper Ballots:** 14,850 Democratic and 20,940 Republican emergency paper ballots.
- Various envelopes and instructional materials for provisional voting procedures. All items must be delivered by April 22, 2025.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from the date of award until April 22, 2025. All printed materials must be delivered by this date to ensure readiness for the Municipal Primary.

Place of Performance
All products are to be delivered to specified locations within Westmoreland County: primarily the Voting Machine Department at 110 Vannear Avenue and the Election Bureau at 2 North Main Street, both located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
