Background
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a Contractor to provide a conference venue for the PLCB Store Operations Spring 2026 District Manager Conference. The conference aims to gather up to 70 participants and is scheduled for specific date ranges in April and May 2026.

The PLCB's mission includes overseeing the distribution of liquor in Pennsylvania, and this conference is part of their operational management efforts.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide:
1. Fully licensed and insured facilities that are safe, ADA accessible, and adequate for hosting a conference with up to 70 participants.
2. Safe and lighted free parking or access to safe and lighted free parking for 70 vehicles near the venue.
3. 65 hotel guest rooms for 2 nights, including at least 2 ADA compliant rooms and 1 handicap accessible room.
4. A general session room large enough to accommodate all participants.
5. A dining area separate from the meeting area, large enough for all participants during meals.
6. Audio/Visual support.
7. Catering services.
8. A location anywhere within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over specified date ranges:
- Monday, April 13, 2026 - Wednesday, April 15, 2026;
- Tuesday, April 14, 2026 - Thursday, April 16, 2026;
- Monday, April 20, 2026 - Wednesday, April 22, 2026;
- Tuesday, April 21, 2026 - Thursday, April 23, 2026;
- Monday, May 4, 2026 - Wednesday, May 6, 2026;
- Tuesday, May 5, 2026 - Thursday, May 7, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at a venue located anywhere within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements
