The Department requires the services of a contractor who is able to administer all aspects of a peer assistance monitoring program.
Background
The Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (BPOA) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a contractor to administer a Physician Peer Assistance Monitoring Program. This program aims to protect the health and safety of citizens by monitoring licensed Nurse Board candidates who may be unable to practice safely due to illness, addiction, or mental impairment.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for administering all aspects of the peer assistance monitoring program. This includes evaluating candidates, providing support services, and ensuring compliance with monitoring requirements.

The program is designed to assist individuals in maintaining their professional licenses while addressing health issues that may impair their ability to practice safely.

Period of Performance
