PAPMC Interior and Exterior Painting Services

Background
The Philadelphia Asset & Property Management Corporation (PAPMC), a subsidiary of the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA), is seeking proposals from qualified painting contractors to provide interior and exterior maintenance painting services and bathroom resurfacing on an as-needed basis for all PAPMC developments.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic quality of the properties managed by PAPMC.

Work Details
The contractor will provide interior and exterior maintenance painting services, which include preparation and painting of various structural systems such as gypsum wall board, plaster, brick, block, metal, and wood.

Services will be requested on a task order basis as needed.
