One (1) NEW 2025 Low Cab Forward (LCF) 16 Foot Box Truck with Liftgate Project

Background
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, specifically West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) new 2025 Low Cab Forward (LCF) 16 Foot Box Truck with Liftgate, which must include the following specifications:
- 8-cylinder engine capable of operating as a BiFuel Gasoline/CNG vehicle, certified by OEM for gaseous fuels.
- Compliance with ANSI NGV standards and EPA/CARB emissions standards.
- CNG fuel storage capacity of at least 27 gge, designed to operate at 3600 psi, with cylinders mounted on the side frame rails.
- Automatic transmission, power steering, and four-wheel anti-lock brakes.
- Minimum 14,500 GVWR and a wheelbase of 150 inches.
- Heavy-duty charging system with dual batteries and dual rear wheels.
- Front and rear all-season tires (225/70R19.5).
- Additional features include swing-away side mirrors, backup alarm, intermittent windshield wipers, bench seating for three persons, and a rear view monitor/camera system.
- The truck must have a 16-foot aluminum dry freight van body with specific door dimensions and features such as LED lights and tie-down anchors.
- A Palfinger ILP-25 Level Ride liftgate with a platform size of 48”x80” is also required.

Period of Performance
