The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a comprehensive vendor-hosted solution that provides both hardware and software call-handling systems for the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) in Pennsylvania.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency response services across the state.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a complete call-handling system that includes both hardware and software components tailored for PSAPs.
This includes installation, maintenance, and support services for the call-handling systems.
The vendor must demonstrate a high degree of skill and knowledge in delivering these services, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
The contract may be awarded to the top three Offerors based on combined scores in technical capability, cost, and domestic workforce utilization.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date and will last for five years, with two optional five-year renewals available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations across Pennsylvania where Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) are situated.
