National Fire Codes Subscription Service

Background
The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for a National Fire Codes Subscription Service. The goal of this contract is to provide access to essential fire safety codes and standards that support the City’s mission to ensure public safety and compliance with fire regulations.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision of a subscription service for National Fire Codes, which includes access to the latest codes, standards, and related materials necessary for fire safety compliance. Vendors must quote all items listed in the solicitation to be eligible for award. The City reserves the right to award the contract as a whole or by line item based on what is in its best interest. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed and products delivered within the City of Philadelphia.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. The total amount of any quote must be less than $40,000. Vendors must not have any outstanding debts to the City of Philadelphia, including taxes. Insurance requirements include General Liability Insurance with a limit of $500,000 per occurrence and Automobile Liability Insurance with a limit of $300,000 per occurrence.
