Lawn Care and Landscaping for 911

Background
Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for 2025 Lawn Care and Landscaping Services for Luzerne County 911. The goal of this contract is to maintain the landscaping and lawn care for the county's emergency services facility, ensuring a professional appearance and upkeep of the grounds.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:

- Weekly Lawn Mowing (25 visits)
- 4 Visits for Lawn Fertilizations
- 6 Visits for Weeding of Planting and Stone Beds
- 1 Visit for Weed, Prune & Trim all Shrubbery
- 1 Visit for Fall Pruning of Perennials
- 1 Visit for End of Season/Fall Leaf Cleanup of Lawn Areas
- 1 Visit for Beginning of Season/Spring Cleanup.

Optional services include:

- Refresh/replacement of mulch during initial cleanup
- Mid-Summer Cleanup of all landscaping and stone beds
- Any additional services recommended by the contractor.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Luzerne County 911 located at 100 Young Street, Hanover Twp., PA 18706.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be recognized dealers in the materials/services specified. They are required to submit a Bid Bond or other form of bid security if indicated in the Solicitation. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of insurance including Commercial Automobile Liability, Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, and Workers Compensation with specified coverage limits.
