Background
Temple University is seeking qualified contractors to bid on the Plumbing and Fire Protection Construction Package for the new Klein CPCA Building Project located at 1830 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA.
This project aims to create a new facility for the Klein College of Media and Communication and The Center for Performing and Cinematic Arts (CPCA). The planned building will be a mixed-use facility with a total area of approximately 198,000 GSF, including 146,000 GSF for academic programs and a 52,000 GSF theater program.
The project seeks LEEDv4 Silver certification and WELLv2 Silver certification.
Work Details
