The Department of Human Services (DHS) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an Applicant to assist the Office of Children, Youth and Families (OCYF) in managing the Kinship Navigator Program. Work Details
The selected Applicant will be responsible for promoting the Kinship Navigator Program, which includes:
1. Establishing a Kinship Navigator Advisory Committee (KNAC).

- A toll-free helpline for information and referrals
- A dedicated Kinship Navigator Website
- Direct client supports such as gift cards, backpacks, books, and diapers.
3. Conducting outreach campaigns to raise awareness about available resources.
4. Organizing activities for National Kinship Care Month.
5. Coordinating with OCYF to implement recommendations from the Family First Prevention Services Act.
Period of Performance
The term of the agreement will commence on the Effective Date and will last for one year, with potential renewals for up to four additional one-year periods based on performance.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
