All work must conform to current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications (Publication 408/2020). Additionally, all bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified and submit their ECMS PennDOT Approval Pre-Qualification Summary Page with their bid.
Period of Performance
The work is scheduled to begin after June 5, 2026, and must be completed by August 9, 2026. Liquidated damages will apply at a rate of $400 per calendar day for any delays beyond this completion date.
