Work Details
The selected firms will provide a range of cybersecurity consulting services including:
- Incident response services
- Managed Security as a Service (MSSP)
- Strategic security planning
- Technical assessments and advisory services
- Risk management
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) services
- Cybersecurity training and data protection strategies
- Identity access management advisory support.
Services must be tailored to meet the needs of a complex public sector environment and mapped to NIST CSF Functions: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, Recover. Specific tasks include conducting cybersecurity risk assessments aligned with NIST CSF; developing risk registers; supporting compliance initiatives; performing vulnerability assessments; coordinating penetration testing; developing incident response plans; conducting tabletop exercises; providing identity access management strategies; creating cybersecurity roadmaps; and developing security awareness training programs.
Period of Performance
The contract will be established for an initial term of three years with potential extensions up to five years. Individual project orders will not exceed $300,000, with a total maximum amount of $1,000,000 per firm during the initial term.

Bidder Requirements
The County encourages proposals from firms owned by Women, Minorities, Veterans (M/WBE), and local businesses based in Montgomery County, PA. No additional evaluation weight will be given based on these factors.
