Identicard & Exacq Security System Maintenance

Background
The City of Philadelphia, through the Free Library of Philadelphia, is seeking to establish a maintenance contract for the Identicard and Exacq security systems. This initiative aims to ensure the continued functionality and security of the library's surveillance and access control systems across various locations, including the Parkway Central Branch and other branch libraries. The goal is to maintain high standards of security through reliable service and timely upgrades.

Work Details
The contract includes comprehensive parts and service maintenance for security cameras and card access systems at multiple library locations. Key specifications include:

- **Security Cameras**: Replacement of all cameras with Tyco Illustra 3 or higher models, replacement of security monitors with Tatung 32” monitors, and replacement of camera servers with Exacq IP04-18T-R2A. All licenses for each camera must be covered under the maintenance contract.

- **Card Access Systems**: The contract must include a Premi System Service Maintenance agreement for Prem Pro for at least one year, including an upgrade of the Card Access Server to Windows Server 2019 or later.

- **Locations Covered**: The maintenance will cover numerous libraries in Philadelphia, including Charles Santore Library, Parkway Central Library, Fishtown Library, Independence Library, Kensington Library, among others. Each location has specific camera counts and server details that need to be maintained.

Period of Performance
The current contract term is from August 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The City has the option to renew the contract annually for up to three additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations in Philadelphia, including but not limited to:

- Parkway Central Library (1901 Vine Street)
- Charles Santore Library (932 South 7th Street)
- Fishtown Library (1217 East Montgomery Ave)
- Independence Library (18 South 7th Street)
- Kensington Library (104 West Dauphin Street)
- Other branch libraries listed in the solicitation.
