Period of Performance
The work is expected to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days following receipt of the Owner's Notice to Proceed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide bid security in the amount of 10% of their bid and are required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum prior to signing the contract. A one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price is also required upon completion.
