The Glen Osborne Sanitary Sewer Lining & Storm Sewer Repair Project is issued by the Quaker Valley Council of Governments (QVCOG), which serves the Borough of Glen Osborne. - Restoration of Borough Road Trench Pavement (50 SY) with specified depths for wearing course, binder course, and subbase.
- Installation of temporary asphalt pavement (5.20 TON).
- Connection to existing storm sewer piping, including various pipe connections (12-inch, 15-inch, 18-inch) with all necessary fittings and materials.
- Installation of standard inlet boxes (8 EA) and concrete top units (6 EA).
- Mobilization costs, bonds, insurances, and shop drawings preparation.
- Cured-in-place pipe lining (254 LF) including cleaning and inspections.
- Service lateral cut-outs (10 EA) and installation of hydrophilic waterstops at manholes (2 EA).
- Lawn restoration activities including grading, seeding, mulching, and fertilizing disturbed areas (20 SY).

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence within seven days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. It must be substantially completed within sixty calendar days from that date.
