Background
The County of Delaware, Pennsylvania is soliciting bids for masonry repairs at the County government center campus located at 201 West Front Street, Media, PA. The project aims to repair and restore various structures including the entrance of the Fronefield Building and an exterior fountain, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

1. **Building Entrance Masonry Repair:** Conduct assessment, surface preparation, repairs and restoration including repointing and replacing mortar, resetting loose bricks, applying sealants, and applying clear masonry sealer.

2. **Fountain Stone Reset & Masonry Cleaning:** Clean limestone surfaces, replace damaged stones, reset coping stones, repoint joints, and apply waterproofing sealant.

3. **Exterior Lamp Stone Base Repair:** Clean stone surfaces, fill cracks with appropriate materials, reinforce structure if needed, and apply weather-resistant sealant.

4. **Gutter Installation:** Supply and install new aluminum gutters with specified dimensions and colors, ensuring proper drainage with downspouts and gutter guards.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on December 3, 2025, and is anticipated to last for two months until February 2026.
