Food Procurement Services and Food Inventory Management Solution

Background
The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking an Offeror to supply food procurement services and a food inventory management solution. The goal is to achieve efficiencies and cost savings while sourcing consistent and quality products that meet DOC food specifications and inventory requirements.

Work Details
The Offeror will provide food procurement services and a food inventory management solution. This includes developing best practices for sourcing food products, ensuring compliance with DOC specifications, and managing inventory effectively.

The contract will be a Fixed Contract type, requiring the selected Offeror to perform at least 50% of the total contract value themselves.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the Effective Date and will last for five years, with an option for five additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
