Felins Laundry Pak Tyer

Background
The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of two (2) Single Arm Felins Laundry Pak Tyer 2000-16 or an approved equal. The goal of this contract is to enhance operational efficiency within the Bureau's resource conservation efforts.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide:

1. Two (2) Single Arm Felins Laundry Pak Tyer 2000-16 or approved equal, current model or newer, which must include the following standard and optional equipment and accessories:
a. Table size 42” x 24”
b. Handle 16” tall bundles
c. Bundle down to 1” material
d. Ability to handle Polytapes, cotton twines, and elastics.

Shipping must be Free on Board (FOB) Destination, with the bid price including all shipping, transportation, environmental handling, unloading charges, and any other associated charges for delivery.

Period of Performance
Delivery will commence after receipt of a fully executed purchase order and terminate on July 31, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide three (3) references from companies that have received a Single Arm Felins Laundry Pak Tyer 2000-16 or approved equal in the previous two (2) years as proof of qualifications. Additionally, bidders must submit a properly executed Reciprocal Limitations Act form listing the state of manufacture for any supplies procured with their bid response and a Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form certifying compliance with applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws.
