Fall Athletic Uniforms

Background
Wilson School District is seeking sealed bids for the provision of fall athletic uniforms. The goal of this contract is to supply the necessary uniforms for various sports teams within the district, ensuring that they meet the specified requirements outlined in the contract documents.

Work Details
The contract involves supplying the following items:
- HS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL Nike Digital Elite LS Jersey - DJ8535 - Red Long Sleeve: 10 Small, 10 Medium, 8 Large, 2 X-Large.
- HS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL Nike Digital Elite LS Jersey - DJ8615 - White Short Sleeve: 10 Small, 10 Medium, 8 Large, 2 X-Large.
- HS JV SIDELINE CHEER Male Uniform:
- Motion Flex Shirt with 3" Monogram Lettering (front and back): 2 units.
- Motion Flex Shorts with Customer Supplied Logo: 2 units.
- Motion or Power Fit Pants with Customer Supplied Logo: 2 units.
- HS JV SIDELINE CHEER Female Uniform:
- Motion Flex Shell with 3" Monogram Lettering and Customer Supplied Logo (front and back): 35 units.
- Motion Flex Body Liner with 3" Monogram Lettering and Customer Supplied Logo (front and back): 35 units.
- Motion Flex Skirt with Monogram or Lettering/Customer Supplied Logo: 35 units.

The logos will feature a Bulldog design or the word 'BULLDOGS', while lettering options include 'WILSON' or 'WHS'. The colors specified are White with Red or Red with White. Mock-ups will be finalized between the customer and supplier.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all bid items must be completed by August 17th, 2026.

Place of Performance
All goods are to be delivered to Wilson School District located at 4 Cloister Court, Sinking Spring, PA 19608.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Bid Bond amounting to at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Additionally, bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations including those related to worker's compensation insurance and criminal history clearances for employees working on school district sites.
