Exterior Signage Replacement and Upgrades at Various RHA Affordable Housing Properties

Scope of Work:
The project involves the replacement and upgrade of exterior signage at various affordable housing properties managed by the Reading Housing Authority (RHA). Contractors are required to:

• Remove existing exterior signage as specified
• Supply and install new signage according to project specifications
• Ensure all work meets the quality and safety standards outlined in the bid documents
• Coordinate with RHA representatives for site access and scheduling

Background:
This solicitation is for the Exterior Signage Replacement and Upgrades at various RHA Affordable Housing Properties. The project aims to enhance the visibility and identification of RHA properties through updated and improved exterior signage.

Contract Requirements:
Bids must be submitted on the basis of a stipulated sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason.
