Background
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is seeking to modernize its technology infrastructure to enhance integration capabilities across its systems. The goal of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to establish a shortlist of qualified vendors for an Integrated Platform-As-A-Service (iPaaS) solution that aligns with SEPTA's modernization initiatives and supports its operational needs.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide an iPaaS solution that addresses current integration challenges, including data silos, latency issues, and manual workflows. The solution should support cloud-first deployment preferences and facilitate the integration of multiple data sources. Specific requirements include:
- Support for existing vendor partnerships and technology standards.
- Capability to handle expected transaction volumes and scalability requirements.
- Integration with various operational systems, including ERP, HRIS, CRM, and financial systems.
- Compliance with federal cybersecurity mandates and potential EDI requirements.
- Support for real-time data processing and event streaming capabilities.
- Assistance in achieving a fully cloud-based application environment within the projected timeframe of 36 months.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the implementation of the iPaaS solution is within 36 months from the initiation of the contract.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed primarily in Pennsylvania, with specific locations to be determined based on SEPTA's operational needs.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate their ability to meet SEPTA's specific integration needs. They may also need to comply with MBE/WBE or local subcontracting requirements as specified in the upcoming RFP.
