Eagle View Park Phase 2

Background
The Eagle View Park Phase 2 project is being issued by Dover Township, located in York County, Pennsylvania. The mission of the township is to enhance community spaces and provide recreational opportunities for residents. This contract aims to improve the park facilities through site improvements and electrical installations as part of a larger development initiative.

Work Details
The project consists of two contracts:

- Contract No. 1: Site Improvement Contract
- Contract No. 2: Electric Contract

The Electric Contract includes the installation of parking area lighting for a total of 103 parking spaces (52 in the base bid area and 51 in the alternate bid area), along with associated lighting circuits as detailed in drawings SE1-SE2. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work as specified in the contract documents, including compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be substantially completed by August 31, 2026, with final completion and readiness for payment by September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Eagle View Park, located at Dover Township, York County, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified check accompanying their proposal amounting to 10% of the total base bid. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 5, 2025. Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting the work.
