Background
Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, is seeking proposals from qualified companies for the delivery of District Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Highway Fuel. The contract is aimed at supporting the Luzerne County Road & Bridge Department in their operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel to various Luzerne County District Garages. Deliveries are to be made weekly or as directed by the department. The bid prices must include delivery, profit, overhead, and all incidental charges.

An anti-gelling agent rated for ultra-low sulfur must be provided for all deliveries from November through March. The contract will be for one year with a possible one-year extension, starting on February 1, 2025. Specific locations include:
- District #1: Muhlenberg, SR 4016 Hunlock Twp.
- District #2: Dallas, Lower Demunds Road
- District #3: Mountaintop, Oakhill Road
- District #5: Drums, Foothills Road

The contractor must submit a complete response including cost proposal sheets and is required to provide supplier pricing only upon delivery.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is February 1, 2025, with a duration of one year and an option for a one-year extension.
