Digital Video Wall

Background
The Community College of Philadelphia is seeking proposals from qualified audiovisual integrators for a turnkey solution to design, deliver, and install a new LED Digital Video Wall System. This installation will take place in the Bonnell Building on the College’s Main Campus located at 1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA. The project aims to enhance the college's audiovisual capabilities and requires vendors with proven experience in similar installations within higher education or comparable environments.

Work Details
The project involves providing all necessary LED display equipment, mounting systems, associated AV hardware, calibration services, documentation, training, and any optional services required for a fully operational digital media wall. Vendors may propose solutions for one or both of the following configurations:

- **Option A**: LED digital panels with a 16x9 display ratio (approximately 12' x 7')
- **Option B**: LED digital panels with a 1:1 display ratio (approximately 12' x 12')

Both options must include:
- LED panels with a pixel pitch of 1.5mm, brightness of ~800 nit, high refresh rate, and a control unit similar to Creston wall mount touch screen or local web/IP solution.
- Additional hardware including an LED display control processor, AV switch for up to 8 HDMI inputs, lockable networking rack, and HDMI input plates.
- Pricing for additional items such as sound bars, electrical work from the electrical closet to the wall (approximately 100'), and modifications to the wall structure.
- Technical specifications including support for color depth calibration, maximum power draw details, thermal operating considerations, front-service accessibility of panels for maintenance, labeling of cabling where appropriate, and warranty terms (minimum 3 years).

Period of Performance
The installation is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026. Vendors must provide lead times for all equipment as part of their proposal.

The contract will be performed at the Community College of Philadelphia's Main Campus located at 1700 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be authorized dealers/installers for the proposed LED system. They are required to submit a Non-collusion Affidavit and demonstrate compliance with diversity and inclusion commitments.
