Digital Aerial Imagery Services with LiDAR

Background
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain Digital Aerial Imagery Services with LiDAR for mapping projects. The goal is to facilitate the planning, design, and construction of improvements and additions to the existing highway and bridge systems. This contract will also support PennDOT's Maintenance and Reconstruction programs. It aims to provide high-quality aerial photography and LiDAR data across various locations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing Digital Vertical Aerial Photographic Surveys. This includes:
- Aerial photography services for mapping purposes related to highway and bridge system improvements.
- Aerial LiDAR services to assist in creating detailed topographical maps necessary for planning and design work.
- The contractor must ensure that all services meet the specifications outlined in the RFP and adhere to established quality standards.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be one year, commencing on the Effective Date, which will be determined after contract execution. The contract may be renewed for up to four additional one-year terms at the discretion of the Commonwealth.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout various locations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
