Background

The successful bidder will supply Sensus Water Meters and Parts as specified in the solicitation. Key specifications include:

- Estimated Expenditures: $50,000.00

The seller must submit a discount from the manufacturer's current published price list for the specified water meter brands. The discount must remain firm for the entire duration of the contract, including any renewal periods. All equipment delivered must carry the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty, which begins upon acceptance by the City. Delivery will be made to Central Stores – Depot #40 located at 29th & Cambria Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for twelve (12) months from the date of award, with an option for up to four (4) additional one-year renewals at the City's discretion. The City may also renew for an additional three (3) months at the beginning of each renewal period if needed.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Central Stores – Depot #40, located at 29th & Cambria Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132.
