Dental Xray Repair

Background
The City of Philadelphia is seeking maintenance service and repair for dental x-ray machines. The successful seller will be required to supply the city's agencies/departments with maintenance service, repair, supplies, and parts for dental x-ray machines as listed.

Work Details
The successful seller shall provide maintenance services for specific x-ray machines from manufacturers Gendex, Instrumentarium, VaTech, and KaVo. The seller's personnel must arrive at the city's site with all necessary tools, materials, labor, and parts, including tubes for the maintenance of the x-ray equipment listed.
The successful seller shall furnish and install all parts needed to keep units fully operational for all dental x-ray machines at various health center locations. The service includes responding to a call for service within four hours after notification from the city and providing a malfunction incident report upon completion of each service call. Additionally, the seller shall maintain a complete record of all service performed on each piece of equipment for dental x-ray machines.

Period of Performance
The performance period is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM excluding specific holidays.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various health center locations in Philadelphia including Health Center #2, Health Center #3, Health Center #4, Health Center #5, Health Center #6, Health Center #9, Health Center #10, and Strawberry Mansion Health Center.
