CWU-46- L - Willis Cooling Tower Replacement

Background
The Commonwealth University – Lock Haven Campus, part of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is seeking Mechanical and Electrical Contractors for the Willis Cooling Tower Replacement project.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate the construction and utility modifications necessary for replacing the Cooling Tower and Pumps in the Willis Health Professions Center.

Work Details
The work includes all construction activities as detailed in the provided drawings and contract documents.

This encompasses mechanical and electrical utility modifications required to support the replacement of the Cooling Tower and Pumps. Specific tasks include HVAC contractor work estimated between $200,000 - $225,000 and electrical contractor work estimated between $25,000 - $30,000.

Period of Performance
The on-site work is scheduled to start on February 1, 2025, with substantial completion expected by April 11, 2025, and final completion by April 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Commonwealth University – Lock Haven Campus located in Lock Haven, PA 17745.
