Background
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide Custom & Modular Display Systems, Accessories & Services Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) Contract.
The goal of this contract is to enable qualified Contractors to respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQ) for Custom & Modular Display Systems, Accessories & Services for Commonwealth agencies.
Work Details
Contractors will provide Custom and Modular Display Systems, Accessories, and Services as specified in the ITQ. This includes but is not limited to:
- Artwork creation
- Digital files management
- Safekeeping of materials
- Proofing methods (electronic digital proofs and hard copy proofs)
- Adherence to quality standards such as color management accuracy and print uniformity.
The Supplier must also ensure compliance with security requirements during delivery and manage any author’s alterations or printer’s errors that may arise during the contract period.
Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the Effective Date and shall end on the Expiration Date identified in the Contract. The contract may be renewed for one additional 5-year term.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Commonwealth agencies throughout Pennsylvania.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number. They are required to complete various certifications including the Iran Free Procurement Certification and Worker Protection and Investment Certification. Additionally, bidders must comply with the Reciprocal Limitations Act and submit necessary documentation regarding their business status (e.g., M/WBE certifications).
