- Processing ISIRS (FAFSAs)
- Tracking verification documents
- Resolving NSLDS issues
- Performing professional judgment reviews
- Managing Federal Work Study spending
- Awarding Pell Grants and Direct Loans based on eligibility criteria
- Generating award letters
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of financial aid systems with disbursements submitted to COD
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
The vendor must also maintain secure data practices in alignment with FERPA standards.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for three years beginning no later than July 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for up to four additional one-year terms based on satisfactory performance.

Bidder Requirements
