The contract term is from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, with potential annual renewals for up to three additional one-year periods. Price adjustments may occur based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) but cannot exceed 4% per renewal period.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a completed and signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. The total amount of any quote cannot exceed $77,000, which may increase annually based on CPI adjustments. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and are required to maintain specified insurance coverage.
