Background
The City of Williamsport is seeking bids for the construction of the Bowman Field Outfield Wall Replacement project. This project includes the installation of outfield fencing and drainage improvements to enhance the facilities at Bowman Field, located in Williamsport, PA.

Work Details
The project involves the following work:

- Installation of outfield fencing and drainage improvements at Bowman Field.

Specific items to be provided include:
1) Mobilization;
2) Clearing and Grubbing;
3) Class 1 Excavation;
4) Topsoil;
5) Rock Construction Entrance;
6) Inlet Filter Bag;
7) Pumped Water Filter Bag;
8) Concrete Washout;
9) 12” Thermoplastic Pipe, Group 3;
10) 8” Underdrain;
11) Standard Inlet Box;
12) Type M Frame and Bicycle Safe Grate;
13) Nyloplast Inlets with Grates;
14) Temporary Seeding;
15) Seeding and Soil Supplements - Permanent;
16) Dura Edge Crushed Shale Warning Track Mix;
17) Installation of a new foul pole; and other related construction tasks.

Period of Performance
The work is to be substantially completed by February 20, 2026, with final payment readiness by March 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
Bowman Field, Williamsport, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of authority to do business in Pennsylvania or a written covenant to obtain such authority. They must also submit their contractor's license number and a Bidder Qualification Statement with supporting data. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to ten percent of their maximum bid price.
