- Concrete curb repairs including 33 linear feet of upright concrete curb and 164 linear feet of rolled gutter concrete curb.
- Replacement of asphalt walking trail (62 square feet) and installation of R-4 rip rap (16 tons).
Additionally, storm sewer inlet repairs and replacements will be conducted as part of the project. All work must comply with prevailing wage rates as per Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry regulations.
Period of Performance
The work must be substantially completed by August 21, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted. The successful bidder is required to furnish a performance bond and a separate labor and materials bond both equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bidders must also comply with all applicable laws regarding non-discrimination and sexual harassment.
