AV Upgrade - DPS Emergency Operations Center

Background
Princeton University’s Department of Public Safety (DPS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an AV technology upgrade and refresh for the existing Emergency Operations Center. The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the DPS through improved audio-visual technology, including displays, audio systems, and video walls.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for supplying and installing AV equipment as outlined in the RFP. This includes all displays, audio systems, and video walls necessary for the upgrade. Proposals should demonstrate the firm's capabilities, expertise, and efficiency based on prior experiences similar to the specifications of this RFP.

An in-person walkthrough of the project on Princeton's campus is required for participation.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed from the date of award until completion, with proposals due by June 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on Princeton University's campus.

Bidder Requirements
Prospective bidders must participate in an in-person walkthrough of the project site as a requirement for submitting a proposal.
