1. Design and layout of a 30–40 page Annual Report.
2. Development and design of approximately 1–5 original graphs and charts based on data provided by PLB.
3. Cover design consistent with PLB branding.
4. Integration of PLB-provided photography into the layout.
5. Preparation of a high-resolution print-ready file (CMYK, with bleed specifications as required).
6. Preparation of a web-optimized, shareable digital PDF.
7. Provide light editorial review and refinement of PLB-provided text to improve clarity, consistency, and readability without materially altering substantive content.
The firm should anticipate up to two rounds of consolidated revisions following submission of the initial full design draft. Additionally, applicants should provide an hourly rate for ad-hoc services such as PowerPoint slide deck layout and template design, layout design for applications or informational documents, and brand refinement including logo and color palette development.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from March 2, 2026 (issue date) until May 1, 2026 (annual report print-ready deadline).
