Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS) and closed-circuit television (CCTV) Video Surveillance System (VSS)

Background
The Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) operates and manages Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) and Allegheny County Airport (AGC). The ACAA is dedicated to serving as a global aviation leader by driving innovation, regional growth, and prosperity through investments in team members, passengers, airlines, and partners.

The ACAA is inviting proposals for Professional Moving Services as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support the relocation of staff and operations to a new administrative office.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the relocation of staff and operations from the current Landside Terminal at PIT to the new administrative offices located at 1305 Cherrington Parkway, Building 210, Suite 100, Moon Township, PA 15108. Key tasks include:

1. Pre-Move Planning: Conduct site assessments of both current and new office locations; develop a detailed move plan and schedule; provide labeling systems and communication tools for staff.
2. Packing & Preparation: Supply all necessary packing materials; ensure secure handling of sensitive materials.
3. Physical Relocation: Transport all items to the new location; place items according to agreed labeling and floor plan.
4. Options for services include disassembly/reassembly of office furniture or physical relocation of office furniture. Post-move support services may also be required.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award and continue through the completion of the move, with specific timelines outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The primary location for services will be at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) for disassembly and packing, with final delivery at 1305 Cherrington Parkway, Building 210, Suite 100, Moon Township, PA 15108.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must have a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial office moves or furniture reconfiguration. All labor-related portions of this RFP are subject to union labor requirements. Vendors must ensure that all personnel performing services are union labor as per applicable agreements.
