Background
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is seeking price quotes for seven mobile long deployment surveillance trailers. This solicitation, identified as IFB 6100063930, replaces a previous solicitation (6100063821) and reflects an increase in the number of trailers requested from five to seven. The goal of this contract is to enhance surveillance capabilities for emergency management purposes.

- 7 Streamvault Workstations with specific features for monitoring and managing video feeds from the cameras. Each workstation includes a Windows 10 Embedded License and supports various functionalities including alarm management and advanced reporting.

Period of Performance
The trailers must be assembled and delivered by August 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include Philadelphia, PA; Media, PA; Ivyland, PA; West Chester, PA; and Conshohocken, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with National Defense Authorization Act Compliance. Equipment must be mounted prior to delivery. Substitutions are allowable with approved equal items. Bidders must provide complete identification of any substitute products offered.
