50 Ton RT Mobile Crane Rental

Background
The City of Philadelphia is issuing a solicitation for the rental of a 50 Ton RT Mobile Crane to support the operations of the Fire Department. Work Details
The contractor will provide a 50 Ton RT Mobile Crane, which must be operated by a certified operator. Proof of certification must be provided. The crane will be utilized from May 17, 2025, to May 19, 2025, with operations scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. The contractor is responsible for delivering the equipment to a designated site in Philadelphia, PA, and confirming delivery upon placing the order. Additional services include pick-up of the crane after use.

Pricing details include:
- Operator Standard Rate (for first 8 hours M-F) per hour
- Operator Overtime Rate per hour (for hours over 8 on M-F and for all hours on Saturday)
- Operator Double Time Rate per hour (for hours over 10 on M-F and for all hours on Sunday and Holidays)
- Rental rate for the 50 Ton RT Crane per hour
- Fuel charge per hour
- Removal of equipment from site.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 17, 2025, to May 19, 2025.

Place of Performance
The crane will be delivered and operated at a site in Philadelphia, PA.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to be considered responsive. The total amount quoted must not exceed $40,000. Vendors should quote on all items specified in PHLContracts and may offer alternate products if descriptions are provided. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.
