Background

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of five (5) ST VEWSCAN microfilm scanners with 10 MP resolution. Vendors must include all shipping and freight charges in their quoted prices to ensure a fair comparison of proposals. The items must be delivered FOB Destination Point, and all products must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Vendors are required to submit item specifications along with their bids, and pricing must remain firm for the hold period specified by the City.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date as specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice or other act from the City.

Delivery locations include various branches of the Free Library of Philadelphia, specifically:
- Newspapers & Microfilm Department at 1901 Vine Street, 2nd Floor Room, Philadelphia, PA 19103;
- Joseph E. Coleman Northwest Regional Branch at 68 West Chelten Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144;
- Northeast Regional Branch at 2228 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19149.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have completed and submitted a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to submitting their quote. The total amount quoted must be less than $43,000. Vendors should quote on all items specified unless otherwise indicated. All quotes must be electronically submitted via PHLContracts by an authorized individual representing the seller's company.
