Background
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is responsible for managing the state's wildlife and game lands. The agency is soliciting electronic bids for the maintenance of a section of Kelly Tract Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #81. This project aims to enhance the road's functionality and safety through necessary improvements.

Work Details
The project involves maintenance of a 1,474-foot (0.28-mile) long section of Kelly Tract Road, which includes:
- Making drainage improvements
- Road surface preparation
- Installation of corrugated plastic pipes with precast concrete headwalls
- Grading the road surface
- Constructing a coarse stone base course and a fine stone surface course
- Constructing parking areas along the road.

The work must comply with all applicable regulations and standards as outlined in the Technical Specifications, including erosion and sedimentation control measures.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon delivery of the Purchase Order to the Contractor, estimated to be July 1, 2025, and shall terminate on October 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on State Game Lands #81 located in Dublin Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements
