Background
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is responsible for managing the state's wildlife resources and habitats. The agency is seeking a contractor to maintain a section of Sierra View Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #38. This project aims to improve the road's drainage and surface conditions, ensuring safe access for wildlife management activities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Making drainage improvements along the road.
2. Preparing the road surface for construction.
3. Constructing the roadway using geotextile, geogrid, AASHTO #1 Stone, and 4-inch Minus Stone.

The project includes cutting trees and brush to clear the road corridor, grading the road sub-base, installing corrugated plastic drainage pipes with precast concrete headwalls, placing geotextile and geogrid on the road base, and constructing a new stone road surface.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon delivery of the Purchase Order to the contractor, estimated to be on July 1, 2025, and will terminate on October 3, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Sierra View Road on State Game Lands #38 located in Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with various requirements including:
1. Completion of forms related to the Reciprocal Limitations Act;
2. Submission of a Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form;
3. Compliance with prevailing wage laws as determined by Pennsylvania's Department of Labor & Industry;
4. Bidders must have a Vendor Number assigned by the Commonwealth to receive payment.
