Background
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a new NERO Storage Building located at the Northeast Regional Office in Dallas Township, Luzerne County.
The purpose of this project is to provide a facility for general work, research, and storage of maintenance implements and tools.
This contract aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the PGC by providing a modern storage solution.

Work Details
The project involves the construction of a 40’ x 80’ pole building that includes:
- A 12’ wide covered canopy structure
- All necessary framing
- Installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior finishes
- Metal roof panels
- Concrete floor
- Insulation
- Interior wall finishes with fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and metal
- Installation of garage and man doors
- Installation of windows
- Installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Other building appurtenances as specified in the contract documents.
Additionally, the project requires demolition of an existing 1-story metal pre-fab structure measuring approximately 30’ x 60’, including removal of all interior items, utility lines, and disposal of materials.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon delivery of the Purchase Order to the Contractor and is expected to be completed by December 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Pennsylvania Game Commission Northeast Regional Office located at 3917 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA 18612.
