2026 Brentwood Borough Sanitary Sewer O&M Lining Program

Work Details
The project involves comprehensive sanitary sewer rehabilitation work, which includes:
- Full length CIPP lining
- Pre and post NAASCO CCTV inspection
- Internal reinstatement of active service laterals
- Internal removal of protruding service laterals
- Site access development and restoration
- Notifications to residents, businesses, and municipal entities
- Bypass pumping and traffic control measures
- Site restoration and all necessary appurtenances as specified in the Contract Documents.

The contractor is responsible for restoring all disturbed areas and ensuring proper traffic control and resident notifications.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be substantially completed by December 1, 2026, with final completion by December 31, 2026. The contract may be extended for three additional one-year periods (FY 2027, FY 2028, & FY 2029) at the discretion of the Borough.

The work will be performed within Brentwood Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Pennsylvania prevailing wage laws and are required to maintain performance bonds, labor & materials payment bonds, public liability insurance, property damage insurance, and worker’s compensation insurance as specified in the proposal documents. Bidders must submit either a formal Bid Bond from a Surety Company authorized in Pennsylvania or a certified check equal to ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of their qualifications including prior experience with similar projects.
