Background
The 2025 Hillside Manor Public Water Project is issued by the Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority. The project aims to extend public water services to residential properties adjacent to the new water main installation. Work Details

- All necessary appurtenances related to the above installations.
- Erosion and sedimentation controls must be implemented by the contractor during construction activities.

The work will take place in State Highway, Township Road rights-of-way, and easement areas on private property.

The contract work is expected to be completed within 850 consecutive calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be experienced contractors regularly engaged in HDPE fusion and water main construction. Service connections must be performed by a registered plumber approved by Northampton Township. Bidders are required to submit a certified check or bid bond amounting to 10% of their total bid as bid security. Compliance with federal and state regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity laws, Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements, and other statutory obligations is mandatory.
