SCI-PHOENIX IS SOLICITING QUOTES FOR TWO MUFFIN MONSTER SEWAGE GRINDERS AT THE STATE CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION AT PHOENIX, 1200 MOKYCHIC DRIVE, COLLEGEVILLE, PA 19426 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. ATTACHMENTS ARE INCLUDED BELOW TO INCLUDE: 1. STATEMENT OF WORK, 2. LOCATING AND RESPONDING TO A SOLICITATION, 3. WORKERS PROTECTION FORM, 4. RECIPROCAL LIMITATION FORM.THE WORKERS PROTECTION FORM AND RECIPROCAL LIMITATIONS FORM MUST RETURNED WITH THE BID RESPONSE.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED. REGISTERED VENDORS MAY FIND SOLICITATION ON THE PA SUPPLIER PORTAL. ALL BIDDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING eMarketplace TO VIEW ANY CHANGE NOTICES TO THIS IFB. Background
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of two Muffin Monster Sewage Grinders to support operations at the Wastewater Plant located at the Phoenix State Correctional Institution.
The goal of this contract is to replace existing sewage grinders with new units that meet specific operational and security requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will provide two CMD 1810-XDS2.0 Renew Muffin Monster Sewage Grinders, which must include the following components:
- 7T Cam Cutters
- 1:1 Stack Hardened Alloy STL
- Buna N Elastomers
- Cork and Rubber Gaskets
- Drum side Rails
- ½” Perforated Drum with Brushes.

The grinders must be painted in Epoxy Green and will be shipped F.O.B. to the destination at the contractor's expense.
It is important to note that these grinders do not include motor or clutch assemblies, and no substitutions are allowed as they are intended to replace existing units.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the Effective Date as defined in the contract and will continue until the expiration date specified in the contract, subject to other provisions.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Wastewater Plant at Phoenix State Correctional Institution, located at 1200 Mokychic Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426.
