Description

This Micro Purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
Background
The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is seeking quotes for promotional products to support various city initiatives. The goal of this contract is to procure items that can be used for promotional purposes, enhancing the visibility and outreach of city programs.

Work Details
The contract involves providing multiple promotional products, including but not limited to:

1. Imprinted Clear Frosted Shopping Bags with Gusset — Foil Stamp.
- Quantity: 500 bags.
- Specifications: Each bag measures 13 inches x 16 inches with a 5-inch gusset, made from clear frosted high-density plastic (3.0 mil).
- Imprint Area: 7 inches x 5 inches, with lettering in blue foil stamp and an image of the Liberty Bell in gold foil stamp.
- Setup Charge: $95.00 for the first imprint color, with an additional fee of $0.60 for each extra color.

2. Other promotional items as specified in PHLContracts, which may include various branded merchandise suitable for public distribution.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the effective date specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations within the City of Philadelphia as specified in individual purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. All quotes must be submitted electronically via PHLContracts by sellers with legal authority to bind their company. The total amount of any quote must not exceed $41,000, and sellers are required to quote on all items specified.
