The Equipment Leasing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (ELA) is soliciting bids for six (6) Heavy Duty trucks for deployment within the Department of Public Works. - Wheelbase: Approximately 160”
- Engine: Diesel, minimum 330 HP and 1,000 lb-ft torque
- Transmission: Allison automatic (3500 series or equivalent), 6-speed with PTO provision
- Front Axle: Minimum 14,000 lb capacity
- Rear Axle: Minimum 26,000 lb capacity
- Rear Suspension: Minimum 31,000 lb capacity with auxiliary support.
- Full steel frame with reinforcement suitable for severe-duty plow and hauling operations.
Delivery requirements include clean vehicles fully fueled and ready for immediate upfit or service. The pricing proposal must include all delivery and preparation costs without additional charges post-award.
