Willamalane Park Swim Center Roof Replacement

Background
The Willamalane Park and Recreation District is seeking bids for the Roof Replacement Project at the Willamalane Park Swim Center located in Springfield, Oregon. The project aims to replace the existing roof system to ensure the facility remains functional and safe for public use.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Full removal of the existing roof system down to the structural deck and installation of a new single-ply TPO membrane roofing system as specified in Section 07 5400 – Thermoplastic Membrane Roofing.
2. Installation of new sheet metal parapet coping caps over high-temperature rated self-adhered membrane (HTSAM) underlayment, integrated with the new roof membrane.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the contract documents.

Place of Performance
The project will be performed at Willamalane Park Swim Center, located at 1276 G Street, Springfield, OR 97477.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and possess a valid Oregon contractor's license. They must also comply with prevailing wage laws as per ORS 279C.840 and provide a bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount.

Additionally, bidders are required to submit a list of first-tier subcontractors within two working hours after bid closing.
