Background
The Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a digital accessibility audit of all OJD’s public-facing digital content. Work Details
The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive digital accessibility audit that covers design accessibility, document accessibility, mobile accessibility, and web accessibility for all public-facing digital content managed by OJD. The audit will exclude content managed by third-party contractors. Proposals must demonstrate how the vendor will meet the requirements outlined in Section 2.4 of the RFP, detailing specific tasks and deliverables expected from the vendor.
Period of Performance
The contract period will begin upon award and is expected to continue until all audit tasks are completed, with specific timelines to be detailed in the proposal.
Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed remotely; however, any necessary meetings or presentations may occur at OJD's office located at 1133 Chemeketa Street NE, Salem, OR 97301.
Bidder Requirements
Proposers must possess all necessary licenses and certifications to perform the required services and have a minimum of five years of experience providing similar services. It is preferred that Proposers hold certifications such as Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS), Certified ADA Inspector, or similar credentials. Additionally, Proposers must submit a signed Proposal Certification Sheet and provide references from previous clients for similar projects.
